Report of Findings and Initial Treatment

Service Description

Your second appointment will be a Report of Findings, which includes a summary of the functional examination and x-ray findings (if x-rays have been ordered), your diagnosis, a plan of management, and an honest discussion of the prognosis of your condition and whether or not your condition warrants chiropractic/acupuncture care. Once you have signed the Informed Consent form, you will then receive your first treatment this session. Please thoroughly review the INFORMED CONSENT form before your Report of Findings appointment.
